These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Forge PC website (forgepc.co.uk) and the purchase of products from us.
“We”, “us” and “our” refer to Foundry Systems Ltd (Company No. 16940612), trading as Forge PC, registered in England and Wales.
Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, or misuse. We may carry out verification checks before accepting or dispatching an order.
All Forge PC systems are custom-built to your specification.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your system is made to your specifications and that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 will be lost once assembly has begun.
Orders may not be amended or cancelled once build has commenced without our agreement. Where cancellation is agreed after work has started, we reserve the right to charge for costs incurred, including labour and components.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or not-as-described goods.
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We take reasonable care to ensure that pricing is accurate. However, if an error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment is taken at the time of order using our payment providers. We accept major debit and credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout, including buy-now-pay-later services. We do not store your payment card details.
All systems are built to order. Any build or delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to component shortages, supplier delays, or courier issues.
You are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect information. Where delivery fails due to incorrect details, missed delivery, or refusal to accept delivery, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery or redelivery costs.
Delivery is deemed complete when the goods are delivered to the address provided, including where delivered to a neighbour or safe place in accordance with your instructions.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once full payment has been received. You must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us promptly of any damage or issues.
All systems include a 12-month return-to-base warranty covering hardware faults under normal use.
Warranty claims are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. We may repair or replace faulty components at our discretion. Where an identical component is unavailable, we may provide an equivalent or better alternative.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.
Please refer to that policy for full details of your rights, including cancellation, faulty goods, and warranty returns.
We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party software, hardware, or peripherals unless expressly stated.
Any performance estimates or guidance (including gaming performance) are indicative only and may vary depending on usage, software updates, and system configuration.
