Forge PC is a trading name of Foundry Systems Ltd, a company founded by people who'd spent years building their own PCs and helping others do the same. We got frustrated. Too many companies were selling “custom” PCs that weren't truly custom - pre-picked configurations dressed up with a configurator interface, built on production lines with whatever parts were cheapest that week.
We set out to build something different. A service where every PC is genuinely configured by the customer, assembled by hand by a single technician, and tested properly before it ships. Where you can email us and reach someone who can actually answer a technical question.
Foundry Systems Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16940612). We ship across mainland UK, with every build covered by a two-year parts and labour warranty.
Your PC is built by a single technician from start to finish - not batched on a production line. That means tighter cable management, correct thermal paste application, and genuine care in the work.
We never substitute a branded PSU for a no-name equivalent to hit a price point. Every component is sourced from manufacturers we'd use in our own machines - Corsair, Noctua, Samsung, ASUS, and others.
Every build runs a full 24-hour stress test - CPU and GPU simultaneously under sustained load. We verify temperatures, check stability, and run benchmarks. It only leaves if it passes everything.
We don't upsell components you don't need. If a mid-range CPU matches your GPU perfectly, we'll say so - even if it means a lower order value. Our reputation matters more than any single sale.
When you contact us, you reach a real person who knows their hardware - not a chatbot or an offshore call centre. We handle warranty claims, technical questions, and upgrade advice ourselves.
Every Forge PC ships with a two-year parts and labour warranty. If a component fails under normal use, we cover collection, repair, and return shipping - at zero cost to you.
