Use our step-by-step configurator at /configure to choose your components. Once you're happy with your build, enter your details and complete payment via Stripe. We'll confirm your order by email.

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. After 24 hours, components may already be sourced and changes may not be possible.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe's secure checkout. We do not store your card details at any point.

Most builds are completed within 5–7 working days. After despatch, tracked delivery typically arrives the next working day. We'll email you tracking information when your build ships.

Every PC is packaged with custom foam inserts to protect components in transit. Graphics cards are supported to prevent sag during shipping. All builds are shipped via insured, tracked courier.

Currently, we only deliver within mainland Great Britain. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and international delivery options are coming soon.

All Forge PC builds include a 2-year parts and labour warranty. If any component fails within the warranty period, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Email us at hello@forgepc.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll arrange collection, repair, and redelivery. We aim to resolve warranty issues within 5 working days.

We're happy to advise on upgrades. For significant upgrades, we offer a send-in service where we handle the installation and re-test the machine for you.
