Every Forge PC is built to order - your system is assembled, tested and shipped specifically for you. Here's what to expect from the moment you place your order.
Most orders are dispatched within 3–7 working days.
Order before midday on a working day and we'll aim to begin your build the same afternoon.
Order confirmed
You'll receive an order confirmation email straight away with a summary of your build and a link to track progress.
Parts sourced & checked
We verify every component against your spec before anything gets touched. If there's any stock issue we'll contact you before we start.
Built & tested
Your PC is assembled by hand and put through a full stress test - CPU, GPU, RAM and storage - to make sure everything is stable before it leaves us.
Packed & dispatched
We pack your system carefully with protective foam and ship it via a tracked, insured courier. You'll get a tracking link by email.
Delivered to your door
Most orders are dispatched within 3–7 working days from the date you place them. You'll be able to track your shipment every step of the way.
Build time
2–4 working days
Assembly, cable management, OS install and full stress testing.
Shipping time
1–3 working days

All Forge PC systems are custom-built to order.
Estimated build times are displayed on our website and/or provided at checkout. These timeframes are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Build times may vary depending on component availability, order volume, and other factors.
Once your system has been built, tested, and passed quality control, it will be dispatched using a tracked courier service.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier used.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or adverse weather conditions.
You are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we may deduct any delivery and return costs from any applicable refund.
Delivery is considered complete when the goods are delivered to the address provided, including where delivered to:

You must inspect your system as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you should notify us as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
