Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we source every component from reputable UK suppliers. We only use parts from manufacturers we trust - Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, Corsair, Samsung, Noctua, and more.

Components typically arrive within 1 working day.

Your build is assembled by an experienced technician - not a production line. Every cable is managed properly, every component is seated securely, and thermal paste is applied correctly. We take photos during the build process.

Assembly typically takes 2–4 hours per build.

Every build undergoes a full 24-hour stress test before it leaves us. We run CPU and GPU loads simultaneously to confirm thermal performance and system stability. We also run standard benchmarks so you know exactly what to expect.

We'll share benchmark results on request.

Your PC is packed with GPU support brackets in place and anti-static foam around all components. We ship via insured, tracked next-day courier. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as it's dispatched. Most orders are dispatched within 3–7 working days from order.
